Service Description

To ensure safe and effective medication management, appointments are required every three (3) months. In addition, at least one (1) in-office visit per year is required. We do offer this service as billable through insurance or offer a discounted cash pay option. For your convenience, follow-up medication management appointments may be conducted via Zoom if scheduling conflicts or other circumstances make an in-office visit difficult. Telehealth visits are a flexible and efficient option to help you stay consistent with your care.
