Crystal Leis, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Provider/Founder
Crystal Leis, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, opened Sunflower Wellness in March 2026.
A graduate of Manhattan Area Technical College (ADN, 2014) and Walden University (BSN, 2016; FNP, 2018; PMHNP, 2025), Crystal practiced as a Registered Nurse for five years before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and later earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center following completion of her post-master’s training.
Crystal has also obtained certifications in weight loss management, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, facial aesthetics, laser hair removal, and microneedling. She continues to expand her expertise through advanced education in skin health, anti-aging, and rejuvenation treatments.
Crystal and her family are relocating to Florida, and she will continue to provide mental health services via tele-med once she relocates. She is committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and personalized care designed to restore balance and build resilience.

Stephanie Pena, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Provider
Stephanie Peña, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University and is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Stephanie previously spent seven years as a registered nurse and now as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse on the cardiology unit at Salina Regional Health Center, where she built a strong foundation in both acute and chronic patient care. Her clinical background has shaped her comprehensive and thoughtful approach to medicine.
Stephanie has obtained certification in hormone replacement therapy, allowing her to provide specialized care tailored to her patients’ individual needs. Stephanie sees patients by appointment only on Saturdays for hormone replacement services.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Stephanie Musil
Registered Nurse
Stephanie Musil, a dedicated R.N. at Sunflower Wellness and Washington Hospital, as well as working towards obtaining her Masters Degree in Nursing. Stephanie has obtained certification in Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Botulinum Toxin, such as Botox and Jeuveau, and facial filler injection.
Stephanie enjoys performing microneedling and other aesthetic services here at Sunflower Wellness by appointment only.
She relishes time spent with her loved ones, including her two sons, bonus daughter, and granddaughter. When not working or with family, she pursues her passions for traveling, reading, and expanding her plant collection.

Brenda Navarrete
APRN Student
Brenda Navarrete is currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Woman's University.
Brenda has been serving in the medical field since 2015 and has held a variety of roles including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and currently Registered Nurse (RN). Her diverse clinical experience includes geriatrics, pediatrics, home health, correctional medicine, and outpatient clinical settings. This broad background has equipped her with a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care.
Outside of her professional life, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, especially her two sons. In her free time, she loves reading, exercising, and spending time with her dog, Mouse.

Lukas Leis
Tech Lead & Account Specialist
Lukas Leis is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Western Governors University. Following graduation, he plans to launch his own IT business, combining strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial vision.
At our facility, Lukas plays an essential role in maintaining technology systems, providing dependable technical support, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. His behind-the-scenes work allows our team to function efficiently and effectively each day.
In addition to his technical responsibilities, Lukas is committed to creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Jenica Keller
Office Concierge
Jenica Keller is a graduate of Marysville High School and is currently continuing her education at Highland Community College.
At Sunflower Wellness, Jenica plays an essential role in daily operations and client support. She is often the first smile you see when entering our facility and is dedicated to making every client feel welcomed and valued. Jenica stays busy assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring each person receives the best possible care and experience at Sunflower Wellness. She takes great pride in being a dependable and supportive member of our team.
In her free time, Jenica enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. When she’s not with loved ones, she enjoys exercising, reading, and watching horror movies.
